Technical Feature

  • Cut frame is fixed, foam block is setup on the working table to move FW/BW for horizontal cutting

  • Standard working table size L4.3M x W2.3M, Max foam block loading size L3M x W2.3M x H1.25M

  • Standard with wooden board working table

  • The end of working table attached with back board to setup vacuum and foam to guarantee sheet tolerance

  • Vacuum is switchable to blower for easier load and move memory foam block

  • Control panel with PLC and HMI for multiple thickness setting on automatic cutting

  • Cutting thickness: 2mm and above

  • Optional upgrade to press roller on top of foam block to guarantee thin sheet cutting
