With years of dedication to the polyurethane industry, we have successfully delivered our equipment to over 350 foam and furniture factories both domestically and internationally, earning us an unparalleled reputation.
 
Since our founding, we offer a comprehensive range of foaming production systems, precise cutting and fabrication machines and long block transportation/ handling systems. With more than 40 years of experience, plenty of engineering knowledge and expertise in the foaming industry, we provide tailor-made blueprints, control systems for complex process sequences.

Founded in 1978 in Taiwan, named "Chen Yeh Machinery Co., LTD."

Produced the first foaming machine.

Produced the first foam cutting machine.

OEM production on foaming machine and cutting machine as the main direction of business.

Achieved the milestone of producing 100 sets of foaming machines in 2001, and established China production base in Shenzhen, named "Yang Yu Machinery", and sold as this brand worldwide.

Our machines were sold in 50 countries all over the world.

Established "Cutting Machinery Production Department" in Shenzhen base, and received a single order of up to 60 sets of semi-automatic foam machines.

Achieved the milestone of selling 200 foaming machines.

Sinomax (China), the largest foam manufacturer in China, had purchased our company's first set of continuous foam production line.

2006 production of the first "CNC cutting machine".

China Shenzhen base produced the first continuous foaming machine for export to the Philippines.

2007 exhibited at UTECH in the United States and K-SHOW in Dusseldorf, Germany.

Had supplied the 4th continuous foam production line of Sinomax (China)

Developed the first "high pressure foaming production line".

Developed the first composite material horizontal cutting machine (YY-07P).

Great success at the 'PU TECH INDIA 2008' and 'UTECH2008' exhibitions.

Attend PUTECH EURASIA, the first PU exhibition in Turkey.

Developed the first rigid foam horizontal cutting machine (YY-07R).

Shenzhen Production base was restructured into a limited company, named "Yang Yu Foaming Machinery (Shenzhen) Co., LTD."

"UTECH ASIA 2010" was a great success in Shenzhen.

Installed and operated the first continuous foaming machine in the U.S. for sale in Georgia, USA. At meantime, secured a large order for foaming machines and auto storage systems in Mississippi, USA.

As the company's growth strategy, we decide to participate in at least one domestic exhibition and one overseas exhibition every year A 320 racks Auto storage system has been installed and successfully operated in Mississippi, USA.

Manufacturing the first "Automatic vertical Cutting machine YY-08M" for a French joint venture.

Achieved our goal of using our continuous foaming machine with 3 different customers in the Eastern (Georgia), Central (Mississippi), and Western (California) United States.

Obtained the first set of continuous foaming machine order from Sleemon - a listed furniture company in China.

Completed the installation of our equipment at the factory of TEMPUR-PEDIC, the world famous mattress brand.

The 2nd foaming machine applied high pressure TDI and Water metering system.

The high pressure system was further developed and an order for "polyester foaming machine" was obtained.

Obtained the 2nd set of continuous foaming machine order from Sleemon - a listed furniture company in China.

Installation and application of first high pressure foaming machine in India

The 20th customer in the United States uses our machinery.

Completed a full-plant order for continuous foaming equipment and a 160 racks auto storage system in Tennessee, USA Completed the first set of automotive foam continuous machine order in Chengdu.

Put into operation the 2nd set of continuous foam production line in Jiaxing with the well-known Softide intelligent electric bed manufacturer

Participated in the first urethane exhibition at UTECH EUROPE in the Amsterdam Dutch.

Produced the first set of special controllable continuous semi-automatic foaming machine for laboratory use.

Completed order for 2nd continuous foaming machine in Korea development process.

2020/2021/2022

Under the impact of COVID-19, thanks to the cooperation of our excellent staff, we have completed the installation of equipment ordered by 16 customers in Vietnam, Myanmar, Indonesia, Malaysia, India, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Tanzania, Ethiopia, Rwanda, Uganda, USA and other countries with great difficulties and barriers to overcome.

The Shenzhen production base was discontinued and the factory moved to Qingxi Town, Dongguan City, and "Longyao Advanced (Dongguan) Machinery Co., Ltd." was established. "Glory trade Co., Ltd." was established in Taiwan to continue serving a large customer base at home and abroad.
