Technical Feature

  • Cut frame is fixed, several foam blocks are setup on the carrousel table to rotate for horizontal cutting

  • Standard carrousel table size Φ6.9M, Max foam block loading size L2M x W2.2M x H1.25M

  • Optional upgrade to carrousel table size Φ7.3M, Max foam block loading size L2.2M x W2.2M x H1.25M

  • Standard with wooden board carrousel table, optional to aluminum material or others

  • Carrousel table is with vacuum function, good to cut all kinds of middle and low density foam

  • Control panel with PLC and HMI for multiple thickness setting on automatic cutting

  • Cutting thickness: 3mm and above

  • Cutting efficiency is 400%~800% more than the normal horizontal cutting machine
